Ground Engineering company Roger Bullivant (RB) is a subsidiary of the Soletanche Bachy UK group, part of the global VINCI Construction group.
With effect from 1st January 2023, RB will be enhancing its maternity and paternity policies.
Maternity Pay has been enhanced for all employees to allow for 14 weeks on full pay plus 25 weeks statutory pay. Paternity policies have also been enhanced to full two weeks’ pay, plus 10 days of gifted annual leave to be taken within 12months.

RB employees over 500 employees, across seven regional offices in England, Scotland and Wales. The company specialises in the manufacture, design and installation of precast concrete piles and beams plus an in-house fleet of piling rigs.
The company completes more than 1,500 projects every year and manufactures over one million metres of precast piles and one-hundred and eighty thousand linear metres of beam every year.
