THE STEPS WE TAKE
All personnel are empowered to STOP work and advise others if an activity or situation appears unsafe. We ensure that all employees are provide with the skills required to carry out their tasks safely and to a high standard.
Risk Assessments and Method statements provide the Safe System of Work (SSoW) for all our projects and working environments. Daily and Pre-task briefings are carried out and are essential part of our engagement and consultation process.
Transparency is key to our ethos with open discussions during our surveillance audits and inspection program. Any findings and action points are used to improve our products and services to ensure our clients are provided with a quality product, with a safe delivery and without detriment to our environment.
Our commitment can be demonstrated through our actions and by promoting a SafetyFirst culture. Our approach to safety should not be complex and for this reason, we have a very clear but simple SafetyFirst message:
