Piling Attendant Apprentices
We are looking to recruit two apprentices into our National Piling Team. As an apprentice you will gain hands on experience, learn new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
An apprenticeship includes regular training with Sheffield College with at least 20% of your working hours spent training or studying. As well as gaining a Level 2 Piling Attendant qualification you will also gain various other CPCS tickets.

- Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication for technical reports and team collaboration.
- Teamwork & Collaboration – Ability to work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
- Adaptability & Willingness to Learn – Open to rotating through different functional areas and gaining hands-on experience.
- Timekeeping – Proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality
- Site Experience – Any prior exposure to construction sites or engineering projects.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges/ issues.
- Health & Safety Awareness – Understanding of site safety and risk management principles.
