Site Operatives
With previous construction experience in installing precast foundations, the new Site Operatives will be responsible for the installation of RBL products within the design parameters and drawings provided.
The successful candidates will be required to complete manual handling tasks- i.e. digging, shovelling, lifting and moving products and materials, use hand held vibration tools and drive a company van. The ideal candidates will be based in the Alloa area.
Ideally interested parties will already have a CSCS card and previous experience working on a construction site in a labouring type role.

- Previous Construction Knowledge – Understanding of civil engineering and the process of installing foundation products.
- Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in the installation of RBL products.
- Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication.
- Teamwork & Collaboration – Ability to work effectively with colleagues across different departments and other companies.
- Adaptability & Willingness to Learn – Open to development.
- Knowledge of Industry – Awareness of precast foundations practices.
- Health & Safety Awareness – Understanding of site safety and risk management principles.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Proactive approach to identifying and resolving any issues alongside the foreperson.
- Site Experience – Prior exposure to construction sites, with a CSCS card.
