Foreperson
Our South Central Region is looking to expand their foundation system crews, with the requirement of an additional experienced Foreperson to join the team. With previous construction experience in installing precast foundations, the new Foreperson will be responsible for the installation of RBL products within the design parameters and drawings provided.
Due to travel requirements for this role, candidates must hold a UK driving licence and there may be times that you are working away, with overnight stays.

- Technical Knowledge – Previous construction experience with installing precast foundations.
- Analytical Thinking – Ability to interpret foundation designs and drawings.
- Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy when installing precast foundations.
- Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication for team collaboration.
- Teamwork & Collaboration – Ability to work effectively with colleagues and lead and communicate with a team as well as other construction professionals.
- Software Proficiency – Familiarity with Microsoft packages.
- Health & Safety Awareness - Understanding of site safety and risk management principles.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues out on site.
- Licences required- Driving Licence, CPCS Excavator above 10Tonne with lifting ops, SSSTS would be advantageous.
