Roger Bullivant Limited (RBL) is delighted to announce the return of Kris Hand to the team, joining the South Central Residential business as Operations Manager. With over 25 years of experience in the piling and ground engineering industry, Kris brings a wealth of operational insight, leadership expertise, and a refreshingly candid sense of humour.
Kris joined the Roger Bullivant family business back in 2000 as a Contract Engineer, where he led the modernisation of setting out practices through the introduction of robotic instrumentation, an innovation that significantly improved accuracy and efficiency utilised in today’s precast foundation systems. After progressing to House Foundations Manager, Kris went on to hold senior operational roles at several ground engineering firms, where he specialised in precast foundation systems and led teams across design, installation, and commercial delivery.
Kris will focus on supporting the residential sector across the South Central region, bringing with him a strong belief in collaboration and communication.
