Trainee Driven Piling Foreperson
The Trainee Driven Piling Foreperson will undertake the following training:
- All aspects of operating plant and equipment.
- Installation of products within the design parameters and drawings provided.
- Awareness of the company Safety First culture including Health & Safety policy Risk Assessments and Method statements.
- Represent the company and liaise with the site manager on general site requirements
- Manage site operations and provide good communication to area offices and the National Piling Operations Piling manager.
- Planning of the works and supervision of operatives on site.

- Adaptability & Willingness to Learn – Open to travelling across the UK, working away from home on a regular basis, with overnight stays when required, and gaining hands-on experience.
- Certifications (essential) - Valid CSCS Card.
- Software Proficiency – Basic IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft packages.
- Health & Safety Awareness – Understanding of site safety and risk management principles.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Proactive approach to identifying and resolving engineering challenges.
- Driving licence (essential) - Hold a full UK driving licence
- Site Experience (essential) – Any prior exposure to construction sites or engineering projects
- Piling Experience (essential) -Experience in installing precast foundations, and heavy machine operations.
