We are seeking a candidate to lead the operational aspect of our mini piling / restricted access division in the South East. You will report to the discipline manager and be able to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. You will need good communication, organisation, leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to assess, weigh up risks and resolve problems on site and technically, in a calm, safe and effective manner, without compromising working standards. You will need to have experience in commercial contract management from award to final account negotiation.
Due to the nature of the role, you will require a full driving licence and the flexibility and confidence to travel to off-site meetings as required. You will need proven experience, in managing mini piling projects (ideally in the South East region) from award through to completion and a degree in Civil Engineering or suitability qualified through experience.
