Reporting to the Discipline Manager, whilst working as part of the Scottish Operations Team, this role is to assist with the day to day running of the Piling & Mini Piling Department. You will ensure multiple contracts are completed in a safe manner and in accordance with company procedures in line with design requirements.
You will assist the Discipline Manager and Contracts Manager in the preparation of all associated contract requirements, namely but not limited to, attending pre-contract meetings, producing associated Health and Safety and design information, organising site set up and attending site to review and inspect site works
You will need good communication, organisation, leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to assess, weigh up risks and resolve problems on site and technically, in a calm, safe and effective manner, without compromising working standards.
We anticipate that interested parties will have a Civil Engineering Degree or be suitably qualified through experience. Due to the nature of the role, individuals will require a full driving licence and the flexibility and confidence to travel to off-site meetings as required
