Goods Received Notes (GRN) Processor/Purchase Ledger Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented GRN Processor/Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our Finance Team in Swadlincote, Derbyshire.

Responsibilities include: Inputting delivery notes and matching them against them Purchase Orders, Managing the delivery notes inbox, Working with procurement to resolve any pricing, quantity or delivery queries, Chasing suppliers if a GRN is not received, Inputting Invoices/Credit Notes, Reconciling supplier statements to the ledger, Keep supplier account records accurate and up to date, Assisting with payment runs.

Prior experience is ideal, but not essential as full training of the role will be provided. The successful candidate must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, good time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, as well as effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
