Quantity Surveyor
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our Residential Division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of our Residential projects. You will ensure risk is apportioned appropriately through contract negotiations, you will provide advice to the operations teams and assist with financial reporting.

- Technical Knowledge - Understanding of construction methods, materials and H&S regulations
- Analytical Thinking – Excellent mathematical skills for managing budgets, costs and measurements
- Negotiation & Communication Skills – Ability to build relationships and negotiate contracts with clients. Strong verbal and written communication for reports and team collaboration.
- Commercial Awareness - Understanding of construction contracts, legal risks and market conditions
- Software Proficiency – Good IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
- Health & Safety Awareness – Understanding of site safety and risk management principles.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
