• Retaining walls to the perimeter of the building are cast in one panel length per bay.
• The walls can be designed as either propped or true cantilevers. They will sit upon and be connected to a strip footing by others or span between and connect to pad bases.
• The height and finish of wall panels can compliment that of adjacent dock leveller pits to continue a uniform appearance around the building.
• External or service yard walls are free standing and have no structural tie-in to the yard slab. An insitu boot will be required to the side of the precast wall panel.
• Our estimate will include for the installation of the insitu boot and reinforcement to accurate excavation by the main contractor.
