Roger Bullivant Limited developed the Prowall system to complement their precast concrete Dock Leveller pits. The system is advantageous for warehouse/ distribution buildings where close tolerances and fast-track programmes are required.
The walls are designed in insulated reinforced precast concrete to provide a thermal resistance U-value of 0.27W/m˛ ēC.
Panels incorporate dock door openings or alternatively can be supplied as a solid cladding panel or with pedestrian door openings to offer a uniform appearance.
As the dock shelters and door tracks can be fixed directly to the Prowall panel this eliminates the requirement for more traditional areas of cladding and steel doorposts/ rails, offering further savings.
